The location was mind-blowing with spacioius free parking. Staff were super friendly, gave great suggestions, and welcoming. Clean rooms with comfy beds, modern amenities, and amazing signature scent. Delicious food and drinks, accommodating hospitality, clean bathrooms, and convenient shower essentials. All in all, jaw-droppingly fantastic stay!

The location of this place is very convenient, being close to the concert venue, Shoreline Amphitheater, and the Orientation Theater.

I liked its amazingly helpful and attentive employees.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely great, but I stayed for 2 nights only. I ate at a fabulous restaurant with food food. I had central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and flat-screen television in the room. Its location walking distance to restaurants and bars was comfy. A few times I ate at Hon Sushi, located at a medium distance from the venue.

The clean bathroom and neat and stylish room. Location adjacent to the amphitheater and the restaurant and bar.

The location near the beach was fantastic and our room had a walk-in shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a concert at Shoreline. the staff was courteous and ensured a smooth check, in process. the luxurious amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre and Outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled our needs during our stay. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the delicious food at the restaurant. the room advantages included private facilities and comfortable Beds.

The only minor issue we had was that the coffee at the snack bar was weak and not up to par with the rest of the hotel's exclusive amenities.

This place was a great pick for exploring the cool area, super close to the concert spot and right near awesome restaurants and bars. Plus, it was in a handy spot with the Computer History Museum just a stone's throw away! 🏞️

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and welcoming, which made our Xmas stay more enjoyable. We were happy with the location as it was close to some great restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and neat, and the towels provided were really fluffy. The shower was spacious, and we appreciated the convenience of the attached soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers.

The room was small for the price we paid. the bathroom sink faucet was installed too far back, making it difficult to use without splashing water everywhere.

Lovely place, excellent food and drinks, friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient location, comfortable bed.

The room is clean and has high-tech amenities like wireless phone chargers and TVs, although some guests needed help using them. The front desk staff is also helpful.

The hotel's coffee might not be up to par with some visitors' tastes.

Additionally, the location was perfect for attending concerts and visiting nearby Google facilities. The staff went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay.
